Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Winter Light Sales purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is here to ensure your holiday spirit remains bright.
Eligibility Window
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of holiday and seasonal goods, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Santa Suits, Hats, & Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Christmas Stockings & Hangers (if personalized or used)
- Clearance or Special Sale Items (will be marked as such)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
